My Dearest Children,
It is your nature to reflect reality as-it-is. When conditions are sufficient, you manifest peace. When conditions are insufficient, you manifest ill-ease.
Therefore, when I hear your cries of ill-ease, may I recognize them as a bell of mindfulness. Your crying, arguing, and temper-tantrums are my invitation to return to the present moment, to reconnect my mind and body, and take 3 deep breaths.
After 3 deep breaths and returning to the present moment, I ask myself:
Are you manifesting from my energy? Is there something in my thoughts and actions that I need to change?
Are you manifesting from the environment or from internal conditions, such as tiredness, hunger, sadness or anger?
May I use understanding and compassion to help you return to peace.
